“Founded by Tony Reed, XPOCBT Consulting grew out of a simple but powerful idea: everyone deserves a second chance.
What began as a small initiative under XPOCBT Consulting Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has become a movement that empowers returning citizens through technology, mentorship, and community support.”

For over two decades, XPOCBT has focused on affordable housing and reentry services. HoodyVanMan expands that mission by helping individuals rebuild their confidence, develop digital literacy, and prepare for meaningful employment in today’s tech-driven world.

HoodyVanMan powered by XPOCBT empowers formerly incarcerated individuals by teaching digital and life skills that open doors to employment, education, and independence.

A world where every returning citizen is welcomed with opportunity, dignity, and support — not stigma.
